HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Visit our Contact page to schedule an appointment. Appointments are held via phone call or online via Google Meet and are up to 25 minutes in duration.

HOW MUCH DO SERVICES COST?

Costs are based on the purchased service package.

STANDARD SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Group size: 1 - 10 persons

  • 2 follow-up meetings

  • Customized itinerary with 1 round of review

  • No restaurant, accommodation, or flight rec's

  • 5 hours of services

DELUXE SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Group size: 1 - 50 persons

  • 4 follow-up meetings

  • Customized itinerary with 2 rounds of review

  • No flight rec's

  • 20 hours of services

PREMIUM SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Group size: 1 - 50 persons

  • 6 follow-up meetings

  • Customized itinerary with 2 rounds of revision

  • Booking support services provided for restaurant and accommodation reservations and airline tickets

  • No limit on number of hours of service

  • Tour guide services available (offered in English or Armenian language)

CUSTOM SERVICE PACKAGE

  • Add-on services

  • Custom requests, not included in standard, deluxe, or premium service packages

  • Rates vary based on scope of work

  • To be discussed during consultation appointment

HOW ARE INVOICES PAID?

Flat fee of $10 is due prior to consultation to reserve your consultation appointment. Fees for standard and deluxe service packages must be paid upon purchase. Premium and custom service package fees are invoiced on a weekly basis and must be paid upon receipt. Tour guide service fees will be discussed during consultation appointment and must be paid when reserving your tour guide. All payments must be made online via credit card.
